1Rinse 200 grams of Urad dal thoroughly and soak it in Water for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
2Drain the soaked Urad dal completely and grind it in a wet grinder or high-speed blender with minimal Water, adding just enough to form a very smooth, thick, and fluffy batter. The batter should be able to hold its shape.
3Transfer the Urad dal batter to a bowl. Add 20 grams of Rice flour and 1 gram of Orange food color. Mix well until the Orange food color is evenly distributed and the batter is smooth.
