Wash Minari thoroughly. Blanch Minari in boiling salted water for 30 seconds, then immediately transfer to an ice bath. Drain well and pat dry. Cut Minari into 15cm lengths.

Peel Cucumber and remove the seeds. Cut Cucumber into 5cm long, 0.3cm thick julienne strips. Lightly salt Cucumber and let sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture. Squeeze out excess water and pat dry.

Peel Carrot and cut into 5cm long, 0.3cm thick julienne strips. Blanch Carrot in boiling water for 1 minute, then immediately transfer to an ice bath. Drain well and pat dry.
