1Rinse the Basmati rice thoroughly and then soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain the soaked Basmati rice completely.
2Grind the drained Basmati rice with a small amount of water to a coarse, grainy paste. Ensure it is not too fine.
3Pour the Full-fat milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
