1Soak cashews in hot water for 2-3 hours, then drain completely. Soak pistachios in hot water for 30 minutes, drain, and peel their skins.
2Grind the soaked cashews with 50 grams of water to a very smooth, fine paste. Set aside.
3Grind the peeled pistachios with 20 grams of water to a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl and add 50 grams of granulated sugar, green cardamom powder, and green food coloring. Mix well to form a firm dough. If too sticky, add 5 grams of ghee.
