1Bring 350 grams of Water to a rolling boil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add 5 grams of Salt and 5 grams of Sesame oil to the boiling Water.
2Reduce the heat to low, then gradually add 250 grams of Rice flour to the pan, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Mix until the Rice flour absorbs all the Water and forms a thick dough.
3Cover the pan and let the Rice flour dough cook on very low heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
