Wash urad dal, chana dal, and fenugreek seeds thoroughly. Soak them together in 200g of water for a minimum of 4 hours.

Lightly dry roast the Oats in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until they become fragrant. Ensure they do not brown. Allow the roasted Oats to cool completely.

Drain the soaked urad dal, chana dal, and fenugreek seeds. In a grinder, combine the drained dals, fenugreek seeds, roasted Oats, Green chili, and Ginger.
