1Rinse the Beef tongue thoroughly under cold water. Place the Beef tongue in a large pot or Dutch oven.
2Add the 200g White onion, 30g Garlic cloves, Bay leaves, and 15g Kosher salt to the pot with the Beef tongue. Cover with enough water to fully submerge the Beef tongue.
3Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the Beef tongue is very tender when pierced with a fork. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of the Beef tongue.
