1Place the diced Cucumber in a pot with 100 grams of water, half of the Green chili, half of the Ginger, and 1 gram of Turmeric powder. Add 2 grams of Salt. Cook until the Cucumber is tender.
2While the Cucumber cooks, prepare the coconut paste. In a grinder, combine Fresh grated coconut, the remaining Green chili, the remaining Ginger, and Cumin seeds with a splash of water. Grind to a very smooth paste.
3Once the Cucumber is cooked, add the ground coconut paste to the pot. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat, ensuring the raw smell of the coconut disappears.
