2Place the crushed dried acorns in a dry, heavy-bottomed pan over medium-low heat.
3Continuously stir and roast the acorns for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until they turn a deep golden brown and release a fragrant, nutty aroma. Be careful not to burn the acorns.
