Barley Water

Rinse 100 grams of Job's Tears thoroughly under cold running water until the water runs clear.

Place the rinsed Job's Tears in a bowl and cover with fresh water. Allow them to soak for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.

Drain the soaked Job's Tears and transfer them to a large pot. Add 1500 grams of fresh Water to the pot.
