1Wash the Glutinous rice thoroughly until the water runs clear, then soak it in cold water for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
2Drain the soaked Glutinous rice and transfer it to a steamer basket lined with a damp cloth. Steam over high heat for 30-40 minutes, or until the Glutinous rice is tender and translucent.
3While the Glutinous rice is steaming, prepare the fillings. Cut the Youtiao into pieces approximately 5-7 cm long. Crumble the Salted duck egg yolk into small pieces. Ensure the Pork floss and Pickled radish are ready.
