1In a large bowl, combine the Strong bread flour, Granulated sugar, Salt, and Instant dry yeast. Whisk well to distribute the yeast.
2Add the warmed Whole milk and Whole egg to the dry ingredients. Mix with a spatula or your hands until a shaggy dough forms.
3Transfer the dough to a clean surface and knead for 5 minutes. Add the softened Unsalted butter and continue kneading for another 10-15 minutes until the dough is smooth, elastic, and passes the windowpane test (a small piece of dough can be stretched thin enough to see light through without tearing).
