1Thoroughly rinse 300g of Soybean Sprouts under cold running water, removing any discolored or damaged sprouts.
2Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add 2g of Salt to the boiling water.
3Add the cleaned Soybean Sprouts to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Do not overcook.
