1. In a dry pan, lightly roast the Semolina over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until it turns aromatic but not brown. Transfer to a mixing bowl and let it cool.

2. To the cooled Semolina, add the Yogurt, Water, Salt, grated Carrot, chopped Green beans, chopped Green chili, grated Ginger, and half of the chopped Fresh cilantro. Mix well to form a thick batter. Cover and let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

3. Heat Ghee in a small tempering pan over medium heat. Once hot, add Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
