1Preheat your oven to 170°C. Grease and lightly flour a 22-24 cm round springform pan, or line the bottom with parchment paper.
2In a large mixing bowl, cream the 200g of unsalted butter with the 200g of granulated sugar using an electric mixer until the mixture is light, pale, and fluffy.
3Gradually add the 180g of Large eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until fully incorporated into the butter and sugar mixture.
