1In a small bowl, dissolve the Fresh brewer's yeast in 50g of the warm Water and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine the Buckwheat flour, 00 flour, and Fine sea salt. Make a well in the center.
3Pour the dissolved Fresh brewer's yeast mixture and the remaining 200g of Water into the well.
