1Rinse the Beef short ribs thoroughly under cold running water. Place the Beef short ribs in a large pot with 1000g of Water and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, then drain the water and rinse the Beef short ribs again to remove any impurities.
2Return the cleaned Beef short ribs to the pot. Add 1500g of fresh Water, the Daikon radish (whole or large chunks), and the Garlic cloves. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, or until the Beef short ribs are tender.
3Carefully remove the Beef short ribs, Daikon radish, and Garlic cloves from the broth. Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve to ensure it is clear. Discard the Garlic cloves.
