1Soak urad dal and fenugreek seeds together in 300g water for 8 hours. Soak raw rice separately in 200g water for 8 hours.
2Drain the soaked urad dal and fenugreek seeds, then grind them into a very smooth paste using minimal water. Transfer to a large bowl.
3Drain the soaked raw rice and grind it into a smooth paste. Combine with the dal paste in the large bowl.
