1Heat 30 grams of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
2Add the sliced button mushrooms to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms release their liquid and it evaporates, and they are tender and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
3Season the mushroom mixture with 5 grams of pul biber, 2 grams of black pepper, and 5 grams of salt. Stir well and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let the mushroom mixture cool slightly.
