1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Wheat flour and Salt. Gradually add the Water and Olive oil, kneading until a smooth, elastic dough forms. The dough should be soft but not sticky. Adjust Water slightly if needed.
2Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
3While the dough rests, prepare the filling. In a separate bowl, crumble the White cheese. Add the grated Kashar cheese and finely chopped Fresh parsley. Mix well to combine the cheese and Fresh parsley.
