1Thoroughly wash the dried Nannari root and gently crush it into smaller pieces using a mortar and pestle.
2In a heavy-bottomed pot, combine the crushed Nannari root with 1000g Water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the Water is infused and reduced slightly.
3Strain the Nannari root infusion through a fine-mesh sieve into another clean pot, discarding the solids.
